Shipping, withdrawal, and refunds
Shipping & returns
This section explains processing times, delivery methods, return rights for standard items, and the non-returnable status of custom commissions.
Shipping. Standard items are shipped within 30 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery is handled by InPost or DPD. Worldwide shipping is available. Paintings are shipped from Italy.
Standard returns. If you are a consumer and EU or Polish consumer law applies to your order, you may return a standard item within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving a reason. Please contact alebekastudio@gmail.com before returning an item so return instructions can be provided.
Condition and return costs. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the buyer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
Refunds. Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Custom commissions. Under Art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized goods. Custom-made paintings and personalized commissions cannot be returned or refunded once completed.
Statutory rights relating to damaged or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
